Speakers Include

Elaine Harte

Elaine Harte is one of the most decorated footballers ever to play the game. Her intercounty career with Cork saw Elaine pick up 8 Senior All Ireland titles, 9 Munster titles, 7 Division 1 titles, 1 Division 2 title along with Junior and Intermediate club All Ireland titles. Elaine was also selected as the All Star goalkeeper in both 2008 and 2012. Elaine is one of the very few players that started and finished every one of the 8 All Ireland finals that Cork won since their very first in 2005.

The Whites Cross native moved to Tipperary in 2004 and she is a primary school teacher in Moyne National School where she is involved with the local club, Moyne Templetuohy.

Elaine coached the Tipperary minor team to All Ireland Success in 2014 and after a spell with the Tipperary Senior Ladies, she is now goalkeeping coach with the mens senior footballers. 

Ciaran Carey

As a 17 year old In 1987, Ciaran collected his first senior championship as a goalkeeper for his club and his career with Patrickswell has spanned three decades. He made his senior debut for Limerick in 1989 and he went on to capture national leagues and provincial titles. Ciaran was the recipient of three Allstar Awards. As a coach Ciaran has managed Kerry along with  his native county in both camogie and hurling.

To many of the Treaty Faithful he will forever be remembered as their captain fantastic on the summer day in 1996 when he led the charge of the light brigade in the Gaelic Grounds. 

These days through his work as a psychotherapy counsellor Ciaran is leading another charge to help people live a better quality of lives. 

Colm Coyne

Colm Coyne is currently the Dublin men’s hurlers Under 20 and women’s intermediate Camogie goalkeeping coach. He was part of last years ground breaking Raheny management team that bought the first Minor A hurling title to club. He was also Dublin Boys Minor hurling Goalkeeping coach in 2021, having been with that team right through development squads including their Division One Celtic Challenge triumph.

Paul Kilgannon

Paul Kilgannon’s is from Carnmore Co. Galway where he has coached numerous teams. He is also a renowned Coach developer working with all elements of the GAA family. 
He is an author of a series of some top class coaching books with the focus on player and coach development . 
He has a great interest in what it takes in the provision of continuous learning environment and the development of holistic person - both player and coach.

Greg Bennett

Greg Bennett is a Secondary School PE Teacher based in North Dublin. His company, GB  coaching has been involved with several teams and athletes over the last number of years delivering strength and conditioning services and at the moment he is leading the youth player pathway in Raheny gaa club.  Greg has completed the PFCS and BA in Strength & Conditioning with Setanta College and has worked as an intern with NADA (National Athlete Development Academy) based in Dublin. He has also completed a MSc in Sports Science (Strength & Conditioning) through St. Mary’s University in London. Greg has worked with several underage hurling teams including the Dublin Colleges Hurling team and is still playing senior hurling with his own club, Raheny. He also played Inter county hurling with Dublin for 4 years from 2006-2010. He is also UKSCA and FMS qualified coach.

Colm Nally

Previous coach to Meath & Louth senior footballers. Leinster tutor & coach educator. Underage coach with Newtown Blues for 10 years.
